Membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution honors and preserves the legacy of your patriot ancestor. Over two hundred years ago, American patriots fought and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today. As a member of the DAR, through participation in our various programs and activities, you can continue this legacy by actively supporting historic preservation, promotion of education, and patriotic endeavors.
The Hannah Benedict Carter Chapter's registrar is a trained genealogist who can help you determine if you are eligible to join. The good news is that there are four different ways in which you may be eligible and many aspects of the process are now accessible online. Our vibrant, active and growing chapter always welcomes new members.
